CONDITIONS FOR THE RESERVATION:
The payment for the reservation is made at the hotel’s reception upon Check-In. During High Seasons and on dates with low availability, it is possible that the client’s Credit Card numbers are required in order to validate the reservation.

Once the reservation is made, the client will receive two e-mails, the first one informing that the reservation has already been filed and that it awaits approval by the hotel’s reservations department. The second e-mail will inform whether the reservation has been approved or rejected.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You will be able to cancel up until 24 hours before the client’s arrival date except for:
-Bridge holiday: 48 hours before arrival
-Easter Week and Christmas’ Eve: 7 days before arrival
If the established periods are not respected, the client will be charged with 100% of the cancellation expenses.

TPVbooking only transmits your data for hotel’s reservations when the case arises, being the receiver the one responsible of the custody of data. These companies keep your data with the following ends and not in every case. This Web page eliminates clients’ data once the contract relation of the reservation is over.
The data required are those strictly necessary to formalize the reservation, initiate the commerce relationship, issue the corresponding bill, practice the countable seats and present the pertinent fiscal declarations, in case of clients for which its completion is mandatory and necessary.
Every file will be communicated to the Data Protection Agency in agreement with the Act 15/1999 from December 13 of Personal Data Protection.
According to such Act, the users of the Web page can, at any moment, execute their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of the data redirected by this Web page, communicating such changes through e-mail to webmaster at the e-mail address published at the contacts section of this Web page.
By sending the existing formularies on this Web page or by sending a message of consult or subscription, the sender gives his consent to the automatic treatment of the data included in such documents.
The facilitated data will not be transferred to a third party except for the previous hotel reservation.
